A BOR approved curricular proposal partitioning the previous course Thesis (300) and Dissertation (400) courses into sequential, 300.1, 300.2, and 400.1 , 400.2 , 400.3.
Description: Details the partitioning of Master’s theses into two courses (300.1 proposal, 300.2 implementation/defense) and PhD dissertations into three courses (400.1 proposal, 400.2 implementation/defense, 400.3 research publication). It imposes enforced completion deadlines per phase to minimize excessive residency extensions and integrates degree publication requirements. Also explains the grading and completion of courses
