MRR Extension Form and MRR Implementation

 

1. MRR Extension Form –

The UPM-NGS-OP-02F2 – Request for Extension of Maximum Residency (MRR Extension Form)
is the latest form from NGOHS. Using the latest file shall facilitate your request faster.

Instruction:
Students and Adviser are encourage to fill up
the dedicated space instead of attaching another file to the documents i.e. –

  • Reason for Extension
  • Progress of Study
  • Plan of Work during the Extension
  • Explanatory endorsement by the Adviser

 

2. MRR Implementation –

A memorandum from the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA) renforcing strict compliance with the Maximum Residency Rule (MRR) for graduate students.
